Our story is a love affair; in 1983, Susan, Frances, and their mother, Lee Gravely, fell in love with the Italian culture during their first trip to Italy. At the San Pietro Hotel in Positano, they encountered inspiring, colorful, handcrafted dinnerware that led them to the town of Vietri sul Mare. Watching the artisans paint, glaze, and fire each piece by hand inspired them to share the treasure they had discovered. The collection would become known as Campagna, Vietri's flagship dinnerware, painted by skilled artisans and inspired by the colors of the famous Amalfi Coast.

Campania is one of the southernmost regions of Italy, known for its natural beauty and ancient sites. Vietri Campagna comes from Vincenzo Solimene's famous ceramics factory on the Amalfi Coast; each piece is individually designed with elements representative of the Italian coastline.
